What’s the best exercise to get rid of my belly?

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked at parties, “what’s the best exercise to get rid of my belly?”

The answer is not sit-ups or crunches.

At the end of the day, a protruding ‘pot belly’ is the result of overeating and lack of exercise so burning more calories and eating less is a start!

Being more specific, if there is one exercise-pairing that burns the most calories and stimulates metabolism like no other, it is running in combination with the burpee.
