FIT1000 Primal is an inspiring new fitness class rapidly shaping your body through the primal movements.
This 45-minute bodyweight class will teach faultless technique and form involving the 7 primal movements of the lunge, squat, bend, push, pull, twist and run.
FIT1000 Primal is open to all abilities and ideal for beginners or anyone new to exercise.
