Diets don’t work
Whichever foods you eliminate for a length of time, your body will crave and eventually form an intolerance.
That goes for carbohydrates.
In my experience, the best results for sustainable weight management, vitality and health comes from eating a variety of ‘clean’ foods free from additives, adjusting the proportion of food groups according to your activity levels.
So the answer is ‘yes’ you can still eat carbs!
